You don't want to have to book a valuable day off to get someone to fix your computer if you work during the day (which face it, most of us do). You're also very unlikely to want to have to go through the hassle of unplugging your computer and taking up your Saturday morning with a trip into town or to PC World.

Kypoth (which is me, Alex) will come to you, and evening or weekend appointments can be pre-booked to suit your timeframe. Most computer problems can be solved in under an hour, making it easy to fit in with your schedule. Anything longer and I normally take your computer away to the workshop and return it to you fixed, asap. I can do this because I serve local customers, allowing me to provide fast turnaround times and great value (I bet I cost less than your plumber. I certainly cost less than PC World and I come to you!).

Some of the services on offer include fixing hardware failures, virus removal, solving internet connection problems, ensuring wireless network security, PC Healthchecks, Windows re-installations, providing advice on backup solutions and undertaking performance upgrades. Kypoth can also supply you a new computer or laptop, set up your new PC (even if you didn't buy it from me) including the transfer of all your data and arranging secure data removal when you get rid of your old PC.
